If you contact the health center, they can help you with many different things. If you have another ethnic background or come from another country, they can give information and advice about health and different types of illnesses. They advise you about where to receive medical help here in Denmark.
They offer individual consultations for people with other ethnic backgrounds and offer help to those whose Danish skills are poor.
The local government works together with ethnic associations in Holstebro to make health information available specifically for refugees and immigrants. This includes those who have HIV/AIDS. The health center is a place with many different functions, both local, regional, and private.
The Health Center is for all citizens, and they are committed to treating foreigners with the same respect as Danish citizens.
